New Balance 574

November 28th, 2008 by Snkrman

Now, everyone knows the Japanese Sneaker craves lots of weird and wacky designs, big fancy colour combinations and a head turning looks.

New Balance has tried to satisfy the market with these ‘574 Faceoff’

These remind me of the Joker in the original Batman movie with Keaton - something to do with the pink detail on the heel patch!

Nike Air Epic

October 30th, 2008 by Snkrman

The Nike Air Epic is back and boy have we missed it!

In our opinion it’s one of the best runners ever made and a iconic silhouette from the 1980’s.

SoleHeaven are stocking the Grey/Yellow colourway so grab it before it’s disappears again.

Puma Clyde Lux

October 20th, 2008 by Snkrman

The good ‘ol Puma Clyde is back but this the Lux model.

They’ve got rid of the suede and used a lovely premium leather, and a great nubuck finish to the Formstripe.

You can’t go wrong with a Puma Clyde….especially the Lux.

Nanny State - Mister M

October 16th, 2008 by Snkrman

Nanny State have been one of the best selling brands in the last 18months and mainly because of their super trendy, low profile, plimsole styled shoe…..but that is about to change.

For AW08 they have released the Mister M Sneaker. It’s still got the low profile look, it has a vulcanised sole unit and a perforated leather upper. We think the silhouette is great and very fashionable…but the colourways need refining - take a look.

Rob-L x SoleHeaven - Pimp my Clydes

September 25th, 2008 by Snkrman

Just following up on the Rob-L post yesterday, we decided that you’d probably like to see some of his previous work and especially the SoleHeaven “Pimp my Clyde”. This shoe was designed for SoleHeaven and was a centre piece at the London launch of the Puma x Rob-L Archipelago.

Yes, and before ask these were 100% handpainted and took well over 40hours to complete.

You can see more images and a full interview with Rob-L at www.soleheaven.com/custom-kicks
